Kitchen remodel from design to finish. Job entailed tearing up old floor throughout house, installation of tile, demo of kitchen, installation of cabinets, counters. Moving plumbing and electrical. Met several times for design of kitchen. Assistance was provided and all questions answered. The owner took a lot of time with us and we didn't feel rushed. Measurements for cabinets taken and rechecked. All cabinets came in, in perfect condition. No problems with installation. During the process our minds had changed regarding selections and we were accommodated without complaints. We entrusted them with our home key when we were out of town and floors were demoed. Returned home to a clean home. There were issues with some of the tile installation and tiles were torn out and replaced to my satisfaction. All issues that came up during the process were addressed and remedied, all with a good attitude. Owner was always available by phone and returned phone calls promptly by end of business day. They enjoy what they do and it showed. Owner knowledgeable about the current trends and products. They were a pleasure to work with.

Very easy to work with. He paid attention to detail and went above and beyond to make us happy. He had great input with suggestions as the remodeling projects as they unfolded and he was flexible when we asked him to expand his scope of work. His pricing is fair and I have referred him to personal friends to use this company's services.

The contractor helped us develop and manage a total renovation of a 3-bedroom condominium in Palm Beach County. He was responsible for the entire project from the demolition to the total remodel.
He removed all the floor tiles throughout the entire unit, demolished 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. He installed all the cabinetry in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, tiled, painted, ran all new plumbing and electric lines, and installed all the appliances. We are so pleased with the results of our new apartment. After our initial meeting with Tomer Cohen, we concluded that we could return to our home in NJ. Except for a few trips back and forth over the 5-month period to select materials, he walked me through the project via phone calls, emails and pictures.
He was very detailed, patient, and conscientious. He would discuss options with us when there were any questions about the installation and/or other costs involved with the project. He delivered on everything that he said he would.

I rarely write reviews but I had to share my experience with TC Contractors. I have completely renovated 4 homes and dealing with DHC was by far the best experience. From the first meeting to the final punch list, their professionalism and attention to detail sets them apart. They also made recommendations along the way that made the project better, even though it caused delays for them because we had to get the drawings changed by the architect. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
